This is a good way to figure out if we are a good fit for you. As we have said, we customize every session just for you but you have to click with your instructor for real work to be done.  All we mean by that is that you trust us.  We can say without fear of contradiction that we are worthy of your trust.
In a single coaching call, you can achieve, at the very least, a boost to your practice, whether novice or veteran.  Sometimes you just need to surprise yourself.

This service is a favorite among many of my clients, as it is oftentimes one of the keys to a happier, healthier practice.

If you’ve been practicing for a while and feel stuck or if you have questions or issues you want to discuss, this is the option for you!

Mindfulness and the Enneagram


The Enneagram is an ancient Sufi interactive and integrated framework of universal archetypes used to explain and explore human personality and behavior.  Sounds like a big ask, we know.  But if the exploration of your Enneagram type doesn’t surprise you, then we will be surprised.   This is by no means a system that locks you in.  Rather it is used with great effect to explore and plumb the deepest parts of you, maybe even parts you didn’t know were real strengths. It is potentially life-changing in the best possible way.

We can use the Enneagram as a foundation for any product offering.

Mindfulness for Creatives

The art of creating art is mindfulness in its most glorious form.  In this course, we return you to beginner's mind where you can tackle the ominous empty canvas (or whatever your medium is), silence your inner critic and remeber the joy the act of creation brings.
